In the Cayman Islands, we visited the lovely restaurant called Luca.

They were kind enough to show us around the ins and outs of the back kitchens where magic, in the form of food, is made. We learned about what the chef likes to cook, and why!

We loved the food and friendliness of the people who worked there. They seemed as though they were doing exactly what they loved, and that was reflected in their food as well for sure.
